This Group is for those opposing ABP in their Proposed Development of Land between the small Village of Paull and Saltend.
The interest and external pressure for this development to go ahead from outside the village is considerable, mainly from large corporate organisations whose only responsibility is to their corporate shareholders. In the past Paull Village has been resilient and successfully resisted the loss of its School, the complete refurbishment of St. Andrews Church via fundraising and the New Build of the Village Hall, all in the last ten years. In all times of difficulty, the Villagers pull together as a team to do what is right for the village and its inhabitants. The floods of 2007 and 2013 only strengthened the community spirit and made it more resilient and created a much tighter knit relationship between all parties within the Village and thus the Villagers have the ability to take on any threat to the Village, Holderness or the East Riding of Yorkshire to protect their heritage and the future of the village of Paull for generations to come.
It will be a very sad day in the community should this planning be passed. It will destroy everything the villagers have worked hard to preserve.
